Winemaker’s tasting notes:
Medium dark crimson colour, initial impressions are alluring. A sweet intense perfume of sour cherries, underlying savoury charcuterie notes and a salty biscuit character that amalgamates the aromas. The palate is silky and complex with power yet restraint. A full mid palate intensity is supported by mature structural tannins. The finish is long and fine with a beautiful note of lavender potpourri to finish
Screw cap. 13.3%. Drink now to 2030.
