Classic saline, ozone, lemon cheesecake, white peach and roasted cashews, while the palate is dry, tight, juicy, long, and very slurpable. Surely Australia’s best value-for-money Chardonnay. I have never seen a wine like it. You can get oakier Chardonnay but I’m not convinced you can get better – especially not at this price!
